The selection process for the 2024 prizes of the Italian Society for the Philosophy of Science (SILFS)

was a moment of in-depth evaluation and great enrichment, made possible by the high quality of the works submitted. Each contribution examined by the respective Committees demonstrated a remarkable level of methodological rigor, conceptual originality, and scientific relevance, reflecting the vibrancy and richness of contemporary Logic and Philosophy of Science. The submitted works highlighted multiple strengths and innovative ideas, showcasing the dedication and quality of the research conducted by the participants. The Committees had the privilege of engaging with contributions of outstanding value, and, after a thorough and thoughtful evaluation process, identified the winners of each prize. SILFS wishes to thank the members of the Committees for their invaluable work, express its gratitude to all the candidates for the highly interesting contributions submitted, and extend its warmest congratulations to the winners of the 2024 SILFS prizes.
